MEETING THE MOST BASIC HUMAN NEED BY FEEDING THE HUNGRY

Catholic Charities Food Pantry

 

The Catholic Charities Lake City team has operated a food pantry located at our office for decades. We offer food staples such as: 

​

  • Mac & cheese

  • Canned tuna or canned chicken

  • Juice boxes Peanut butter (no glass)

  • Rice & dried beans

  • Pasta & spaghetti sauce

  • Dry cereal

  • Canned veggies

  • Canned soups

  • Any Pop-Top foods

  • Low sodium items

 

We also distribute non-food items such as:

​

  • Diapers (all sizes)

  • Toilet paper

  • Toothpaste (small tubes)

  • Toothbrushes

  • Quart, Gallon size zip lock storage bags

  • 18 qt. trash bags

​

Feed-A-Family Mobile Outreach Program

 

Our Feed-A-Family Mobile Outreach program serves five counties in Florida, none of which have public transportation. We use our refrigerated truck to bring fresh groceries to rural areas where people have no ability to get to our Food Pantry. We provide canned food, fresh produce, dairy, meats, bread, and pastries to those in need.
